Two of New Zealand’s most authentic liquor brands have found each other, and the result was probably inevitable.
ALBA has joined forces with Jumping Goat to release their latest innovation: ALBA x Jumping Goat Coffee-Infused Tequila Liqueur.
While each brand has brought its own distinct story to the table, together they have created something that feels like a natural fit.
This new creation will offer something for both cocktail makers and shot takers with its rich, layered tequila coffee liqueur, blending depth, roast, and warmth with a modern edge and a smooth, bittersweet finish.
It can work just as well in a cocktail shaker at home as it does sipped upon at midnight, or poured in a chilled shot glass at an ungodly hour of the morning.
Callum O’Brien, Founder of Jumping Goat, said coffee and tequila have crossed paths before, but never with this quality.
“Products I have tried to date miss the mark on either the quality of tequila or the use of enough real coffee,” he said.
“We nail both aspects. From day one, the goal was to create something that would let both stand out.”
The collaboration has been backed by a new national sales and distribution partnership between Jumping Goat and Brix & Co, unlocking wider reach across trade and retail channels.
The partnership also laid the foundation for a series of collaborative innovation releases between the two businesses, bringing together distribution strength and brand-led creativity in the premium spirits category.
ALBA x Jumping Goat Coffee-Infused Tequila Liqueur will be available from mid-August at all good liquor stores nationwide.
