Naumi Hotels has appointed Christopher McIntosh as the brand’s regional general manager for Australasia.

McIntosh previously worked as area general manager of Mantra Group, where he managed eight properties including the flagship Peppers Broadbeach. Previously, McIntosh was the group general manager at Blackstone Group and before that had the same job at Eichardt’s Private Hotel Queenstown.

“Joining Naumi Hotels as Regional General Manager for Australasia is a particularly exciting opportunity as it is a time of company growth. I am thrilled to be overseeing the launches of the group’s three new hotels in Wellington and Sydney, as well as leading the continued success of our newly opened Naumi Auckland Airport, already widely billed as the world’s coolest airport hotel! CEO of Naumi Hotels Australia and New Zealand, Gaurang Jhunjhnuwala had high praise for Naumi’s new team member.
