Wynn Resorts has terminated discussions with Crown Resorts less than a day after news broke about preliminary acquisition discussions between the two companies.
“Following the premature disclosure of preliminary discussions, Wynn Resorts has terminated all discussions with Crown Resorts concerning any transaction,” said Wynn Resorts in a statement.
Previously, Crown Resorts had confirmed in a statement that it was in discussion with Wynn Resorts about a potential takeover.
