Heritage Hotel Management has announced the promotion of central reservations team leader Jass Sidhu to the role of revenue and yield manager for Heritage and City Life Auckland Hotels.
Responsible for overseeing the hotels' booking productivity, Sidhu joins the Heritage Hotel Management sales and marketing leadership team after beginning in guest services at the hotel in 2012, working his way up to front desk receptionist, to senior central reservations agent, and latterly to central reservations team leader.
“We are delighted to recognise Jass’ contribution with this promotion. This is a key new role for us,” says Garrick Loft, GM sales and marketing for Heritage Hotel Management Ltd. “He has a strong customer service focus and a great understanding of the business from his varied roles held with us over the years.”
Sidhu has a Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Yield Management. “I have enjoyed working in many different areas of the business and am grateful for
the opportunity to extend my leadership skills with this new challenging role,” he said.
