Mission Hill Hospitality has officially acquired the Inn at Naples, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, a 100-key property in Naples, Florida, United States. The terms of the agreement remain confidential.
Mission Hill Hospitality is a KSL Capital Partners portfolio company launched to invest in the select service and extended stay hotel sector.
According to Greg Kennealey, CEO of Mission Hill Hospitality, this acquisition aligns with the company’s master plan of curating a high-quality portfolio of strategically located select service and extended stay hotels. Since the company debuted a year ago, its portfolio comprises 18 hotels across the states, with Inn of Naples being its third acquisition in Florida.
