Mode Kitchen & Bar, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, is celebrating this Mother’s Day with a sensorial high tea offering in collaboration with the high-end French perfumery Parfums de Marly.
Featuring opulent and hypnotic scents from Parfums de Marly, guests will be invited to indulge their senses with Oriana, the brand’s sunny olfactory signature crafted from a blend of Italian bergamot, orange blossom and marshmallow.
Food offerings include a three-tiered selection of 100 percent bespoke sweets, savouries and scones made by Executive Sous Pastry Chef Quentin Zerr.
All mothers will be gifted a complimentary Oriana by Parfums de Marly valued at over AUD$150. In addition, high tea guests will be presented with a welcome cocktail inspired by Oriana, while a harpist in the background sets a luxurious and calm atmosphere.
