Stonebridge Companies Acquires Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park

The acquisition of Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park signals the independent and nationally recognised Stonebridge Companies’ intent to further expand its power over the properties within the vicinity of Denver International Airport, the third-busiest airport worldwide.

“As we continue to pursue new opportunities for continued growth throughout the country aggressively, it was clear from the beginning that this property fits well within Stonebridge’s commitment to an ever-expanding national footprint,” said Navin C. Dimond, Founder and CEO of Stonebridge Companies. “This full-service hotel, with its amenities and ideal location, is perfectly suited for a property refresh and the unique Stonebridge experience we bring to each and every guest.”

With renovation work set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2022, the project is predicted to finish by summer 2023 and will continue to operate as a full-service Marriott hotel. Famous for its elevated, high-end style, Stonebridge intends to incorporate its trademark Distinguished Hospitality to bring the guest experience to the next level.

Currently, Stonebridge Companies boasts a portfolio of over 12,000 rooms across the United States and has plans for smart, rapid expansion long into the future.
