Four Seasons Hotel Doha in Qatar has launched a new mouth-watering plant-based menu named Folia, highlighting a global health-conscious culinary concept with a local touch.
The hotel introduces its new vibrant platters through its signature Après Spa Café, featuring indoor and outdoor dining options. Open from 7 am till 6 pm, guests can indulge in a delicious health-conscious breakfast, revitalise with a smoothie, or grab a small bite from a selection of appetisers, entrées and desserts.
Unique to Four Seasons, this concept was invented by American chef Matthew Kenny, the founder of over 20 restaurants worldwide. Initially launched at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, Folia has flourished with a Middle Eastern touch as a result of a collaboration with internationally renowned investor and healthy living advocate Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed and his company KBW Ventures.
“We are pleased to be presenting such flourishing food creations collaborated by the world-class Chef Matthew Kenney and the energetic regional investor Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed to celebrate every Four Seasons visitor with special international plant-based cuisine infused with a local touch to enjoy throughout the summer,” said Shadi Suleman, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Doha.
“It is fitting that Folia, crafted to appeal to palates that have eaten the finest in healthy cuisine, is being presented at Four Seasons Hotel Doha now that Qatar is preparing to welcome the world for one of the biggest sporting events in history. I look forward to seeing the Qatari plant-based dining scene elevated with Chef Kenney’s inspired dishes,” commented Prince Khaled.
Folia serves the perfect combinations of zesty orange and chocolate, tropical coconut and banana, and blackberry and cocoa, perfect for any time of the day.
With its new plant-based cuisine, Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Après Spa Café seek to emphasise a healthy lifestyle on a personal level as well as global wellness.
