The Ritz-Carlton Named Top Luxury Brand

The J.D. Power 2022 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study has announced The Ritz-Carlton as the top luxury brand for the second consecutive year, with the highest guest satisfaction rating among travellers in the luxury segment. The Ritz-Carlton has achieved first place seven times in the past eight years.

In its 26th year, the North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) measures customer satisfaction from around 34,000 hotel guests for stays in North America between May 2020 and May 2021.
