citizenM started in 2008 with the idea to disrupt the traditional hotel industry by creating a luxury hybrid hotel for today’s modern travellers – eliminating common frustrations these frequent travellers shared. It now has nearly 7,000 rooms across 31 properties in the US, Europe, and Asia.
To help achieve its mission, citizenM needed a next-generation platform to replace its legacy property management software (PMS), speed up innovation and help it deliver a seamless and more personalised guest journey.
