Parkroyal Collection Hotels and Resorts has unveiled its new Eco-Wellness programme, including sound design, sleep rituals, and signature scents as part of a new range of sensory initiatives. The programme has been designed around the hotels’ biophilic design, sustainability, and wellbeing, and aims to meet the increasing demand from guests for health and wellness experiences.
The Eco-Wellness guest experience has centred around the five senses: sound, sight, scent, taste and touch.
Pan Pacific Hotels Group's chief sales and marketing officer, Cinn Tan, said that it is essential to take the time to re-centre and practise greater mindfulness and that small changes can have lasting impacts on well-being and the environment of someone’s day.
“Through Parkroyal Collection’s Eco-Wellness experiences, we hope to inspire our guests to live well without compromising the environment,” said Tan.
Guests will be greeted by Parkroyal’s signature scent, which is a blend of rosebush, lavender, green vetiver and warm white cedarwood, before encountering a curated sound design and public art showcases.
A new sleep ritual turndown service will be available for guests who stay in Collection Club Rooms and higher categories, as well as the company’s Titanium and Platinum members of Pan Pacific Discovery. The service includes a scented pillow that has been infused with natural essential oils, a tea set, and fresh herbs.
Parkroyal Collection Pickering, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia are the latest hotels to open Urban Farm concepts.
