Sofitel Adelaide has quickly become one of Australia's leading hotels. They have recently announced the appointment of a new General Manager, Scott Eger.
Eger took over the position last week, and with his 20-year experience in senior executive and general management roles at Hayman Island, Fairmont and Accor, he is eager to lead the hotel and continue elevating its luxurious standards.
"Originally from South Australia, I have enjoyed seeing the considerable development within the state's hospitality and tourism sector over recent years," said Eger.
"To be part of this leading property which plays such an important role in this growth, is a tremendous honour."
Eger's genuine passion for service engagement and culinary and wine experience will continue to lead the hotel across all its food and beverage outlets, including the Club Millésime, Garçon Bleu and Déjà vu Champagne Bar.
