Aero Mongolia Deploy Sabre Solutions

Leading software and technology provider Sabre has announced a new partnership with Aero Mongolia.

The airline has implemented a comprehensive suite of Radixx products from Sabre, including the Radixx Res Passenger Service System (PSS) to aid business growth and enhance the end-to-end traveller journey.

Radixx’s core passenger system enables Aero Mongolia to manage passenger operations and sales channels, helping to increase sales while enhancing distribution channels and partnerships.

The carrier has plans to employ Radixx Go to evolve its check-in operations, and Radixx Insight Marketing+ to enable data-driven decision-making, including the creation of personalised experiences and offers founded in data science and deep customer learning.

“As we ramp up operations and forge ahead with business growth plans, it’s essential to us that we are working with a technology partner who truly understands our market and our goals,” said Munkhbaatar Ganbold, Deputy CEO of Aero Mongolia.

Established in 2001 as Mongolia’s first privately owned airline, Aero Mongolia flies a network of domestic destinations as well as international routes to Russia and China. It has recently expanded its network to include South Korea, Tokyo, and Vietnam and is in the process of adding a second A319-100 aircraft to its fleet. The airline is playing an important role in the growth of the Mongolian tourism industry.

“We’re delighted to have added Aero Mongolia into the Sabre family,” said Rakesh Narayanan, Vice President, Regional General Manager, Asia Pacific, Travel Solutions Airline Sales, Sabre. “We’re thrilled that Aero Mongolia is now using this suite of complementary Radixx solutions to power their business, enhance revenue opportunities and optimise the experience for their travellers.”
