Seasonal Pop-Up Bar

Bentley’s Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Baku has officially been announced, and it is expected to kick off the winter season and welcome the Do Not Disturb Bar (S.I.D.R. Group), known for its transparent signature cocktails with an intellectual history. Bentley's Bar is a pop-up installation open for two nights only.

Represented by Andrey Kornilov, Head Bartender, and Ashimurad Atayev, an up-and-coming talent, the DND team will travel to Baku to deliver their innovative cocktails during their guest shift.

The bartenders from DND will showcase four of their legendary cocktails, each a daring combination of flavours:

  • Dubrovin: dill distillate, peach liquor, honey, tonic water. A tantalizing blend of juicy peach and dill.
  • Vysotka (Skyscraper): buttermilk distillate, honey syrup, a mix of acids, Evervess ginger ale. A tribute to the legendary cream soda, served in a transparent highball glass.
  • Yeltsin: blue spruce distillate, cordial of young pea shoots, apple liqueur. A symphony of taste in three acts, featuring pine notes and a finish of young pea shoots.
  • Marxist: cardamom distillate, apricot brandy liqueur, Don Julio tequila, a mix of acids, honey syrup. A dry cocktail blending the elegance of cardamom with the luxury of tequila.

Accompanying these exquisite concoctions are four carefully curated food pairings with caviar from Four Seasons Hotel Baku Executive Chef, Renato Rizzi, to create a tasty pre-festive mood:

  • Waffle Stick-Creme and Lime, Caviar
  • Brioche, Crab Salad, Caviar
  • Blini, Smoked Salmon, Red Caviar
  • Salmon Tartare, Caviar Crostino

Guests can also indulge in these delightful combinations through specially crafted sets: the first set includes two cocktails of choice and two food pairings for AZN 70 per set, while the second set offers four cocktails and four pairings for AZN 130.
