Stephen Hollow has been appointed as the General Manager of QT Canberra. QT Canberra, part of EVT, boasts design-led guest rooms, the capital’s largest conferencing and event facilities and signature restaurant, Capitol Bar & Grill, known for its award-wining steak and wine program.
Hollow’s appointment reflects his passion for the QT brand, transferring from his home state of Western Australia where he has been operating as Hotel Manager of QT Perth. With a track record of results and a stellar 18-year career in hospitality, Hollow’s relocation to the ACT will bring a refreshed approach to QT Canberra.
Prior to joining EVT, Hollow held positions as General Manager of Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth and an opening Food and Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Perth, where his leadership was instrumental in its inception.
Stephen will bring his trademark enthusiasm as he assumes his leadership role of the iconic Canberran establishment.
