La Vie Hotels & Resorts is taking another step towards growth in South Asia. The group has announced the appointment of dynamic management professional Kristofer Quadros as Cluster General Manager Sri Lanka.
With over two decades of management experience worldwide, Quadros’ new position involves managing the strategic performance and operations of Radisson Hotel Colombo, Radisson Blu Resort Galle, and Radisson Hotel Kandy while managing more than 500 staff across the three properties.
Utilising his extensive experience and leadership mindset, Quadros will focus on expanding owner returns while driving significant growth, forging new relationships in key source markets, and tapping into emerging and growing segments across the region.
Having worked with international brands and asset management companies, Quadros is excited to combine these skills and join La Vie Hotels & Resorts, which has pioneered the independent, third-party management model across Asia Pacific.
“Now more than ever, I believe there is a real need for third-party management providers in our region. Owners are actively looking for alternatives, and La Vie has the platform to support them,” said Quadros.
His day-to-day roles would drive overall hotel performance, focusing on F&B venues, events and offerings at current Radisson hotels in Sri Lanka.
“I’ll also be focussed on developing more sustainable operations, refining the already customer-centric mindset and capitalising on the ever-increasing number of tourist arrivals into Sri Lanka while growing the domestic market.”
Before his appointment, Quadros was General Manager Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa and Cluster Hotel Manager JA Resorts & Hotels in Dubai.
