Eight Restaurant at Cordis Auckland has launched an exciting new dining experience: Crayfish Nights, featuring succulent New Zealand crayfish at no additional cost.
Every Sunday evening, guests dining at Eight Restaurant can savour half a premium crayfish, freshly prepared and served alongside the restaurant’s world-class buffet offerings. Sourced locally from New Zealand waters, the crayfish are celebrated for their delicate flavour and exceptional quality.
This exclusive experience adds a luxurious twist to the renowned interactive dining journey at Eight Restaurant, known for its eight international kitchens and expertly crafted dishes.
“We’re excited to offer our guests something truly special,” said Volker Marecek, Executive Chef.
“Crayfish is a delicacy, and by including it as part of the standard Sunday dinner experience, we’re giving diners a chance to indulge without any added cost.”
Crayfish Nights will run every Sunday night from the 27th of April, excluding Mother's Day, and will be available while stocks last. Reservations are highly recommended.
