Priyanka (Payal) Sharma of CityLife Auckland has been awarded the annual AICR New Zealand receptionist of the year title. AICR is part of the luxury hotel front office manager’s organisation and each year it holds an award programme with selection criteria weighted to an individual who shows passion and dedication to the industry.
Payal has been with the four-star plus hotel for four years and will now represent New Zealand in Paris at the international final.
