NEW LOOK, MORE CHEFS AT RAFFLES SINGAPORE

Raffles Singapore is currently undergoing its first renovations in 30 years, staying closed until the first quarter of 2019. However, the hotel is not shutting down without good measure. Raffles has also announced a new line-up of dining experiences, combining the hotel’s culinary traditions with contemporary dining. A selection of esteemed chefs including Alain Ducasse, Anne-Sophie Pic and Jereme Leung will join a team of ten food and beverage spaces with more than 1,100 seats. Overall the hotel offers more tables than beds, with just 115 suites on-site.

“The restoration of Raffles Singapore is designed to ensure that we retain what is so special about Raffles – the ambience, the service, the charm and the heritage of the hotel. It is also designed for Raffles Singapore to stay relevant and distinctive by moving with the times and with its guests and adapting to the changing needs of the well-travelled and Singapore’s community,” said the hotel.
