Nesuto Curtin Appoints Executive Team

Nesuto Curtin Hotel has appointed its executive team led by Gail Deary, area general manager. Dilshad Khan is head of business development as sales manager, Sari Lawidjaja will maximise distribution as revenue manager, and Dave Jaeschke will be hotel manager.

The new property, opening in November, will have 60 rooms and suites, and will be the tenth hotel in the Australian Nesuto portfolio.

Just 15-minutes from Perth’s CBD, Nesuto Curtin is situated in the new Exchange precinct at Perth’s Curtin University campus redevelopment.

Khan has been leading sales for the past four and a half years at Nesuto Mounts Bay and Nesuto Geraldton. She has worked in hotel sales and marketing for over 10 years, six of which she spent in various roles in WA.

Lawidjaja has led the revenue team at Nesuto WA for the last eight years, with more than 15 years experience in revenue and yield management, across three continents.

Jaeschke is moving from Nesuto Mounts Bay, where he has been leading the Operations Team for nearly six years.

Daiwa Living Nesuto CEO Mark Ronfeldt, said: “I am delighted that the entire Nesuto Curtin executive team - Gail, Dilshad, Sari and Dave - have been involved with this exciting new hotel since its inception with Curtin University back in 2017.”

“They bring a wealth of experience to the table and a deep understanding of the values of the Nesuto brand. Nesuto Curtin will be the jewel in the crown at Curtin University’s vibrant new Exchange mixed use precinct and the opening team is best-in-class.”

With a philosophy of ‘easy, efficient, fast and friendly’ and a tagline of ‘Love Local’, Nesuto promises a comfortable experience for guests, and the ability to explore the local area with ease.
